feat(kupimknigi): v3 cutover image bump 9608ff6→5364353 (snolla 0.43.2)

MinIO split B3-v3 cutover, stack 21. Source-of-truth compose synced with
Portainer PUT. snolla 0.42.0→0.43.2 (aws-sdk v2→v3) + @smithy resolutions.
Bundles a83e2a9 endpoint fix (minio.vds.kzntsv.site). Staging parity-gate
GREEN (byte-identical with real Host, theme asset 200 byte-identical from
vds MinIO 2025). Rollback = 9608ff6 (v2, live in registry).
