- Correct emoji set: ⚪ open / 🔴 in-progress / 🟡 paused / 🔵 blocked / 🟢 done
  (was ⚪/🟡/🟣/🔴/🟢 — pre-correction set from initial brainstorm)
- Filled TBD Quick start with npm test / typecheck / cli build / serve cmds
- Added Deploy + Architecture sections for new contributors
