Установленная копия проверена — frontmatter (name/version 0.1.0/description с триггерами) на месте. Подтверждено: скил появился в available-skills прямо в этой сессии (харнес подхватил без явного /reload-plugins, как и в private-dev-public-publish-install). `/reload-plugins` — интерактивная slash-команда (агент не вводит), и здесь не требовалась. Behavioral trigger-прогон в чистой сессии = отдельная таска delegate-task-test-trigger.
