vitya	215afddfa7	feat(project-discipline): add Rule 5 — transit-zone workspaces ... Artifacts go to .brainstorm/ or global wiki only via explicit user direction, never auto-promote by analogy. Fixes gap where brainstorm outputs in meeting-room/. were incorrectly promoted to .wiki/concepts/ without user command. Version 0.1.0 → 0.1.1 (MINOR — adds rule).
