fix(agents): вернуть opt-in 'session sync: write to mappa' в AGENTS.md\n\nСтроку вырезал коммит 79adaf9 «канон-блок — краткая суть гейтов вместо обрубков» (task:3017)\nпри переработке проекции канон-блока. Без неё pi-расширение (mappa.ts isOptedIn) не поднимает\nlive-ingest → сессии проекта не пишутся в mappa.\n\nВосстановлено на исходную позицию (контекст из вырезавшего коммита).
