vitya f43975894f feat(inter-session-messaging): v2.1.0 — inbox.monitor now returns from/subject (#1032) 
RECEIVE no longer needs entity_get for the sender — the monitor response
carries from+subject (server extracts meta). Simplifies the reply flow.
