docs(CLAUDE): add secrets rule — pass-first, stostayer server map

Credentials live in pass (password-store); check `pass ls`/`pass show` before
grepping the wiki or ~/.ssh/config. Lists the СТО Стайер pass entries
(stostayer/client, rusonyx, client-wireguard).
