Acceptance dev-задачи закрыта: артефакты в deploy/ (compose+Dockerfile.build+ nginx.conf+auth.toml.example+.env.example+README) написаны, compose syntax валидирован, smoke против real Gitea (78 records, 4 repos) — green. Pending ops actions (DNS / docker build+push / VDS bootstrap / smoke на board.kzntsv.site) — handoff в .admin/.tasks/[board-viewer-vds-deploy] per workshop CLAUDE.md §5 (deploy / ops-acceptance таски → .admin). Per-task file сохранён — decisions log остаётся в источнике.

Read-only HTML kanban-viewer над .tasks/*.md + Gitea API. Рендерит 5-колоночную доску (⚪ open / 🔴 in-progress / 🟡 paused / 🔵 blocked / 🟢 done) по агрегированным таскам из всех whitelisted проектов.
Хост: board.kzntsv.site за traefik на VDS. Обновление: cron-тик ~5 мин, перегенерация статической HTML.
